Sharing access to your WordPress account allows the WP Sprints team to manage domain settings directly, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot any issues efficiently. This approach ensures minimal downtime during website setup or maintenance, optimizing your site for both performance and security.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select the appropriate tab for your admin interface style:

Default View

  1. Under the Team tab, click the Add a team member button.
  2. Select the Administrator role from the Role dropdown.
  3. Enter the following:
  4. Click the Send invitation button to send an email inviting us as a user.
  5. Please let our Support Team know once you’ve delegated access.

WP-Admin View

  1. Click Add New User.
  2. Enter the following:
  3. Select the Administrator role from the Role dropdown.
  4. Click the Add New User button at the bottom to send the new user an invitation to join your site.
  5. Please let our Support Team know once you’ve delegated access.
