Sharing access to your Namecheap account allows the WP Sprints team to manage domain settings directly, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot any issues efficiently. This approach ensures minimal downtime during website setup or maintenance, optimizing your site for both performance and security.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to https://www.namecheap.com and in the top left, click on Sign in.
2. Select Domain List from the left sidebar and click on the Manage option in front of the domain name you would like to share access for:

3. Click on Sharing and Transfer.

4. Under Share Access, enter the email address [support@wpsprints.com] and click ADD.

5. Make sure to select Give Manager Full Access, and enter your password to confirm the delegation and hit Confirm.

6. Please let our Support Team know once you’ve delegated access.
